Noodle Fritter

An evening snack cooked by my sister. Looks like mini American chopsuey and taste is simply awesome


Style: Traditional | Cooking time: 20 min
Servings: 4

 Ingredients

 

Noodles – 100 gm


Onion – 1 (finely chopped)


Green chili - 3 (finely chopped)


Eggs -2


Salt – as per taste


Corn flour – 1 tbsp


Oil – 4 tbsp

        Directions

 

  1. Boil the noodles, drain the water and keep aside.
  2. Take two eggs whisk it with corn flour and add chopped chilies, onions, salt and keep aside.
  3. Heat oil in a deep pan, take handful of boiled noodles dip it in the egg mixture and fry it.
  4. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
