An evening snack cooked by my sister. Looks like mini American chopsuey and taste is simply awesome
Style: Traditional | Cooking time: 20 min
Noodles – 100 gm
Onion – 1 (finely chopped)
Green chili - 3 (finely chopped)
Salt – as per taste
Corn flour – 1 tbsp
Oil – 4 tbsp
- Boil the noodles, drain the water and keep aside.
- Take two eggs whisk it with corn flour and add chopped chilies, onions, salt and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a deep pan, take handful of boiled noodles dip it in the egg mixture and fry it.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
